Shortbread

 
I have learnt how to make shortbread out of Butter, sugar, and flour and make a mess with the ingredients
REFLECTION I enjoyed making the shortbread and I enjoyed eating them as well! I wish I could have made more!
do you think I could have added?

    Looks like you have been busy in the kitchen.
    They say the best cook's are the messiest...... Judging by your picture's your shortbread turned out awesome! So well done to you.
    The best part is the taste testing, they must of been good since you wish you had of made more.
    What recipe did you use?

  2. Hi Kieron, those shortbread biscuits look amazing. What measurements of butter, sugar and flour did you use and what temperature did you cook them at and for how long? I"d like to try your recipe.

  3. hi guys i used this recipe
    butter 125g
    sugar 55g
    plain flour 180

    heat oven to 190c
    beat sugar and butter to smooth
    then add flour till smooth paste
    then roll out to 1 cm
    cut into your shape of chioce
    sprikle with sugar
    cool in fridge 20 mins
    bake for 15-10 mins and then eat it
